How does it decide what makes the shortlist?
Each story is scored against your lens and criteria, then ranked and grouped by topic. For every story you can see why it was included and why it ranks where it does, so the selection is auditable and the lens can be calibrated.
How is the briefing delivered?
A Telegram notification and a backup email signal announce the ready briefing. The full editable briefing, the report on processed stories, a presentation view, and a lens-comparison view live in a personal web workspace.
