1. Who is responsible for processing personal data
B2BC News Lens is developed and provided by Andrei Imshenetskii as an independent operator of a digital service.
For the purposes of personal data protection legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR"), the person determining the purposes and means of processing personal data is:
Andrei Imshenetskii, Email: andrei@b2bc.ai, Website: b2bc.ai
For any questions regarding the processing of personal data, you may contact us at the email address above. Requests are handled within the time limits set by applicable law, normally within 30 days.

Such data is used solely to provide the service, prepare demonstrations, run pilots, configure the pipeline, and fulfil arrangements with the client.
If personal data is processed within a client project and the client independently determines the purposes and means of such processing, the client acts as the data controller, and B2BC News Lens acts as a data processor. In such cases, the processing terms may be governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement ("DPA").
2.4. What we do not collect
We do not collect: payment card details, bank account numbers, or full payment credentials of users; biometric data; health data; data on religious beliefs; data on political views as a standalone category of user profiling; other special categories of personal data under Article 9 GDPR, unless such data has been explicitly and voluntarily provided by the user as part of submitted materials.
Payments, where used, are processed by third-party payment providers. Such providers operate under their own privacy policies.
We do not sell personal data and do not use advertising cookies from third-party advertising networks.

We do not transmit more data to LLM services than is necessary for the specific operation.
